exercises are referred to as a rhythmic activity that is performed
continuously. Such activities like
walking, dancing, aerobics, cycling and swimming are all cardio exercises. It is true that weight training can stimulate
our cardiovascular system, but cardio training would do a better job in
stimulating the cardiovascular system.
