Strength Training with Cardio

If you would frequent gyms then you would notice that there are a lot of guys doing strength training, but most of them won’t be doing some cardio since it takes time.  They don’t have much time to spend in exercise.  And most of the time, they think that doing cardio is not manly.

A combination of cardio with strength training would give you the best body that you want.  You would have a stronger heart and a stronger body.
What is the truth?
Cardio are not just for women since guys can benefit from it too.  It strengthens the heart and prepares the body for heavy duty exercises, which are natural in strength training.  There is a high-chance that you would get injuries if you won’t do cardio and go straight to strength training.  If you would ask some professional athletes then you would know that cardio is not just for girls as athletes does it a lot of time.  Also, a combination of strength training and cardio is the best way to lose lots of fat.

How does strength training fit into this?
It is true that dumbbells, barbells, and weight stacks used to be the domain of those looking for a super pumped, muscular frame.   But, that doesn’t mean that you could just rule out cardio in your exercise routine since it has its benefits as well.  You don’t have to spend hours doing cardio exercises as 30 minutes of cardio would be enough.  Some people might say that they don’t like cardio since they don’t have much time, but adding those 30 minutes in your routine would not hurt much of your time.

Combining cardio with strength training
If you think that combining the two is too much for you and would take lots of your time then you might not have heard of Circuit Training. Circuit training is a combination of the two training, but it is much intense since you would combine the two by doing strength training with a burst of cardio.  Such routine would surely would keep heart rate high and would keep those muscles strong.
