Though, training with weights is severe for most people and some people don’t want to have bulky muscles simply because they believe that they look better if they are skinnier.   However, that is a myth that most people believe in.  Getting big muscles doesn’t really mean that you are lifting heavy weight s as the latter is more than that.

5.       Strong muscles make you look better.   You can easily notice someone who have muscles over the ones that don’t have.  And for most people, those, who don’t have any muscles are nothing thus, the latter aren’t the ones that are popular with the opposite sex.
6.       Strength training reduces your stress level as you become more confident.   You would also notice that it is easier for you to get a good night rest.
